A home inspection is an objective visual non-destructive examination of the building structure and associated systems.  The inspection is not a warranty or insurance policy but a mechanism to help one understand the condition of the property.  SPI  will provide a comprehensive visual exam by a licensed professional that meets or exceeds the Tennessee State and American Society of Home Inspection Standards of Practice.  SPI welcomes participation by the client during the inspection.   SPI  will inspect the following:
