SPI  offers the following

inspection services:

• Pre-purchase Inspections for the buyer This inspection is usually ordered by the home purchaser and is done prior to closing the deal.

• Listing Inspections for the seller This inspection is ordered by the seller.  SPI will deliver the inspection in a 3 ring binder that can be used as a sales tool.

• Phased Building Inspections for new homes under construction Many of the area counties do not have a building inspector.  SPI can inspect the property while it is under construction at predetermined stages to verify construction methods and soundness.

• Warranty Inspections for new homes nearing the end of their one year warranty Many new homes come with a 1 year warranty.  SPI will inspect the property prior to the end of the 1 year period and provide a report detailing items requiring repair.

• Maintenance Inspections for home owners knowing they need maintenance but are not sure where they should start Do you have an older home that you know needs some maintenance but you are unsure where you should start?  SPI will inspect the property and assist in prioritizing repairs.

• Commercial Inspections for offices, stores, condominiums, and apartment complexes. This inspection is usually ordered by the buyer and is usually done prior to closing the deal.
